I found working x64 unarc 0.60RC build here https://github.com/masterofobzene/unarc-windows
It works but doesn't unpack some archives created with freearc 0.67 so I decided to incorporate changes from it into 0.67 source.
It builds with mingw all right, unarc l (list command) works but unarc t (test) and unarc x (extract) show first file name in archive and hang (can be interrupted by ctrl-c though).
I am not qualified enough to handle this so I attached the source with changes I made in readme.txt for anybody who can debug this issue. Please build latest working x64 unarc
