МАКСИМ17, to have access to download the resources you need to have at least (10) like (10) useful messages on forum. When you type them, you will be transferred to the "Users" group (your nickname will change its color to yellow) and will be able to freely download resources from forum.
if you need this tool you can download from the official site, you just type the name of the tool in google and you have the official site in first link.
